Semi-sweet white wine blend of Petit Manseng and Traminette.

Crest of the Blue Ridge Henderson County AVA.

Beautiful light golden color.

Floral aromas of fresh rose petals, gardenia, honeysuckle, and crisp morning dew, and nicely balanced acidity with bright tropical fruit notes vibrant on the tongue,

13.2% ABV! Wow seriously high alcohol content for a porch pounder!!

Bearly Sweet Rosé – Serenity Cellars

Our wine tonight is the Bearly Sweet Rosé from Serenity Cellars in North Georgia.

Blend of estate grown Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon combined with Traminette.

Vintage 2019.

Nose of strawberries, freshly sliced strawberries! A little cinnamon, tart cherries, cedar, and spice.

Light copper in color with orange hues.

Semi-sweet and medium bodied on the palate with notes of strawberries, raspberries, sweet cherries, and cloves, and most definitely cream soda on the finish with hints of blood orange.

Labeled as table wine with no ABV. Therefore by law this wine can range between 7 and 14 percent ABV. We estimate approximately 11% ABV.

$25 a bottle.

Owner and Winemaker Joe Smith is one of the more established winemakers in the North Georgia wine region. Joe continues to assist as the winemaker for several other North Georgia wineries. He is well respected in the region and has up and coming winemakers learning as apprentice under his tutelage.

Versailles “Si” … – Divine Llama Vineyards

Our wine tonight is is the Versailles “SI” … from Divine Llama Vineyards in North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley AVA.

Blend of 90% Traminette and 10% Peach Juice.

Light straw in color. Delicate.

Nose is expressively perfumed of sliced peaches with an essence of fresh roses!

Flavor tones on the palate of a fresh peach bellini, notes of lemon juice and pears, finishing softly with hints of apricots and gingerbread cookies.

12% ABV

We would recommend pairing with your favorite Asian Fusion combination.

Yes…it’s a working Llama farm…..and the Llamas are wildly popular.
