Müller Two-Goats – CityScape Winery

Our wine tonight is the Müller Two-Goats from CityScape Winery. Produced from the German Müller-Thrugau varietal and bestowed a name more fitting of this small rural craft winery.

Named of it’s creator, Professor Müller of Thurgau, Switzerland, who created it in 1812 by crossing Riesling and Gutedel.

Beautiful golden color.

Nose of dandelion, unripe peach, and green apple.

Semi-sweet with flavor notes of apricot, lemon, green melon, gardenia, freesia, and a soft honeysuckle finish.
