Golden yellow color.

Aged in Stainless Steel.

Nose of lemon drops, honeysuckle, light corn syrup, white lilies, freesia, and gardenia.

Semi-sweet with flavor notes of ripe pears, peach, pineapple, lemon-lime, beeswax, naval orange, tangerine, and pink grapefruit.

Off-dry blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, & Zinfandel

Nose of ripe red cherry, medium bodied, medium-high tannins, bursting with fruit flavors of cherry, red plum, and pomegranate.

Pea Ridge Red – Parker-Binns Vineyard

Our wine tonight is the non-vintage Pea Ridge Red from Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery located in North Carolina’s Tryon Foothills. A blend of dual vintages of estate Chambourchin masterfully bottled to produce an expressive red.

A nose of cola and over ripe red berries, tart raspberry on the tongue and a lingering earthy finish. Beautiful dark ruby in color and high acidity producing a full bodied wine with great legs.

We have a real fondness for regionally grown Chambourchin and this offering from Parker-Binns doesn’t disappoint.

Maggie – Parker-Binns Vineyard

Our wine tonight is the Maggie from Parker-Binns Vineyard in the Tryon Foothills. This 2017 off dry white is produced from 100% Muscat Giallo.

Soft citrus on the nose, tropical flavor notes on the tongue with a lingering finish of pear and jackfruit.

Dry Rosè – Biltmore Estate

Our wine tonight is the Limited Release Dry Rosè from Biltmore Estate.

This Dry Rosè wine of American grown grape was in our recent wine club shipment. A delicate fruit nose with layers of berry flavors which linger on the finish.

We thoroughly enjoy being Biltmore Estate wine club members and annual pass holders. We often drop in Sunday evening for a bottle of wine and dinner at the Bistro.

Revinoor’s Red – Calaboose Cellars

Our wine tonight is Revinoor’s Red from Calaboose Cellars. A semi-sweet red blend.

Calaboose Cellars is the smallest free standing full production winery in America. Located high in the Smokey Mountains in an old stone building once utilized as a jailhouse. Got to Love their slogan, “grapes doin’ time.”

Chenin Blanc – Biltmore Estate

Our wine tonight is the limited release Chenin Blanc from Biltmore Estate Winery.

We are annual Biltmore pass holders and wine club members. We really enjoy just stopping in at Biltmore’s Antler Hill Village wine bar on a Saturday evening for a charcuterie plate and a bottle of Biltmore wine.
