Our wine tonight is the Pinot Gris from Iris Vineyards.

Clones • Duon 146 and 152

pH: 3.12 • Total Acidity 7.2 g/l • RS 5.0 g/l

4500 total cases produced.

Expressive nose of grapefruit, honeysuckle, and lemon, and Spring daffodils.

Pale yellow in color.

The flavor is bursting of pineapple and lemon with more subtle floral notes finishing with hints of pear and green apple.

11.5% ABV

$17 a bottle.
