Caramel Apple Cyser – Wandering Bard Meadery

Our wine tonight is the Caramel Apple Cyser from Wandering Bard Meadery in Greenville, South Carolina.

A Cyser is a combination mead and cider.

Honey and Apple Juice fermented together.

Color of light gold.

Nose of honey and caramel.

Semi-Sweet.

On the tongue the sweetness of the locally sourced wildflower honey is balanced by the lingering tartness of biting into a fresh county fair caramel apple!

The bottle notes carmalized South Carolina sourced wildflower honey blended with Carolina apple cider with added spices for extra flavor.

Recommended serving temperature @ 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

8% ABV.
